Vintage Lazy Ike #3 Wood Fishing Lure – Gold/Red Spot – 1950s–60s – Classic Walleye/Bass Crankbait

$7.99 USD

This is a vintage Lazy Ike #3 wooden fishing lure in the gold with red spots pattern. The Lazy Ike, originally introduced in the late 1930s, became one of America’s most famous banana-shaped crankbaits, used for walleye, bass, northern pike, and other freshwater species.

This example likely dates to the 1950s–1960s, featuring a wooden body, screw-eye hook hangers, and two original treble hooks. It measures about 2¾ inches in length. The lure shows normal fishing wear with some surface marks and rusted hooks, but retains most of its original gold finish and painted red spots.

Its distinctive curved design produces a wide wobbling action that is still effective today for enticing strikes from predatory fish
