Antique Hand-Forged Iron Wick Cutter Shears – 19th Century Candle Tool

Simple hand-forged iron candle wick scissors from the mid- to late-19th century. Utilitarian form with double ring handles and curved blades. Once used for trimming burning candle wicks to maintain an even flame. A fine example of early lighting tools.

Condition: Solid with smooth working hinge and surface oxidation from age.
