This is a classic Heddon River Runt Spook Floater, one of the most popular American-made fishing lures of the mid-20th century. Featuring the Red Head/White Body color pattern with painted yellow-and-black eyes, this lure is made of early plastic ("Spook" material) and designed with two treble hooks and a small front diving lip for a shallow wobble action.
