Vintage Japanese Treasure Chest Risqué Battery-Operated Coin Bank – Original Box – Lifefelder Toy
$79.00 USD
Vintage battery-operated novelty coin bank titled "Treasure Chest," manufactured in Japan by Lifefelder Toy, model No. 3-3935. This humorous adult-themed collectible features colorful retro pin-up artwork depicting a blue-haired woman wearing a strapless dress, surrounded by hearts.
The original packaging advertises "Press Button & Watch the Action!" and "Take it off, it will cost you," suggesting an animated mechanical striptease-style feature activated by a button or coin.
Likely dating to the 1960s–1970s, this novelty bank reflects the playful, risqué humor and mechanical toy designs popular during the period.
The original illustrated cardboard box shows considerable vintage wear, including creasing, scuffing, discoloration, edge damage, and surface wear. The bank's actual condition and working status have not been verified from the supplied photograph.
