Vintage Frank A. Weeks Glass Ink Well – No. 2 Pat. Pending

This is a clear pressed glass inkwell marked “Frank A. Weeks No. 2 Pat. Pending”, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. The rectangular form features a stepped design with textured grid patterning on the sides and base, characteristic of utilitarian American glass from the Victorian and early industrial periods. The recessed top section held an ink reservoir with a flat rest for dip pens.
