Antique English Lustreware Pitcher with Hand-Painted Figures

Charming antique copper lustreware pitcher, dating to the mid-19th century (circa 1830s–1860s). The body is richly finished in reflective copper glaze, contrasted by a central hand-painted panel depicting a pastoral scene with children in period attire, one in blue and white playing on the ground, and another in a bonnet and long dress holding a basket.
