This is a vintage Heddon Tiny Torpedo in the classic frog pattern with yellow spots and red-ringed eyes. Measuring about 1¾ inches, the Tiny Torpedo is a topwater prop bait designed to create a commotion that draws explosive strikes from bass and other surface feeders.

This example features its original metal tail prop, dual treble hooks, and painted finish. The lure shows moderate fishing wear with some surface scratches and hook oxidation but is still structurally solid and displays well.

Heddon first introduced the Tiny Torpedo in the mid-1960s, and it remains a popular choice among anglers for its ability to produce both slow, teasing ripples or fast, noisy retrieves.
