Vintage Hollywood Regency / Mediterranean Revival Triple Dresser & Nightstand Set with Black Lacquer Accents
Striking vintage bedroom suite featuring a large triple dresser and matching nightstand in a warm pecan-toned finish with dramatic black lacquer accent panels. The pieces showcase carved fluted columns, ornate brass-tone hardware, and decorative claw-style feet inspired by Hollywood Regency and Mediterranean Revival furniture of the 1960s–1970s.
The dresser offers generous storage with three center cabinet doors concealing shelving and multiple drawers on each side. The matching nightstand includes a single drawer over a cabinet compartment. Original brass-tone pulls and escutcheons remain intact, adding to the period character. The black inset panels create a sophisticated contrast rarely seen on more traditional Colonial Revival pieces.
This set was likely produced by a major American furniture manufacturer during the late 1960s to early 1970s, possibly from one of the better mid-market makers such as Bassett, Kent-Coffey, United, or Broyhill. The styling is consistent with upscale Mediterranean and Regency-inspired collections popular during that era.
