If you’re downsizing to our coastal town, or just in an ‘out with the old, in with the new’ kind of mood – think of becoming one of our consignors.
We pride ourselves on not only the quality of products in our shop but also the uniqueness of them. With that being said, we do not accept anything and everything. If you have items that you would like us to take a look at, scroll down and upload some photos. If your items are the right fit for Legacy to sell, we will then contact you to schedule a drop-off time.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Legacy Antiques & Consignments accepts home furnishings, decor & accessories that are clean and in good repair. Items are consigned for a period of one year. We reserve the right to reduce prices as we deem necessary. If your items have not sold after one year, we will contact you to discuss either donating them or scheduling a time to pick them up from the shop. Items not removed from the shop within 30 days after notice to do so, whether written or verbal, shall be disposed of at the sole discretion of Legacy Antiques & Consignments.
We pay 50% of the selling price less credit card charges. Checks are available for pick up on the 1st of every month. It is your responsibility to call Legacy Antiques & Consignments (843-651-0884) during the first week of each month to see if you have a check. We do NOT call. If checks are not picked up before they expire, there will be a $10.00 charge to write a new check.
It is the consignors responsibility to contact us with any change of phone number or address.
We make every effort to protect your items against loss (i.e. fire, flood, windstorm, theft, breakage, etc.) We assume no responsibility for any loss.
